So I absolutely love music and i have an absolute vast taste... beginning with alternative rock, rock, blues rock, blues, jazz, RnB, classical, pop and i even enjoy my odd composition by Mozart and Beethoven.
Unfortunately for you Metal and Rap Ladies out there... sorry I'm just not into it!

So getting back on topic... Every week I will be posting links and videos of upcoming bands and music. I will also be posting links and videos of all the old classics and music that is well... just to darn good, not to post :)

- Have you Meet Miss Jones - Robbie Williams ... From the soundtrack of Bridget Jone's Diary ( My Mom's Fav Movie hehe) This is a classic song for the young and the mature... Absolutely fantastic while sipping a glass of wine and having a little dance to yourself. Which I recommend while listing to this Bluesy, Tasteful piece.
- Bulletproof - La Roux ... A very awesome song if you are getting sick of men pissing you around! (Excuse my language, there was no substitute! ) It makes you feel empowered while having a dance with your girl friends! Men won't get in a woman's way while dancing to this song! Reow!
- Hallelujah - Jeff Buckley ... Lying in bed with your man... having an intimate moment. This is definitely the song for your. It has the right amount of intimacy in it. Filled with love and just the right amount of LUST!
- You Outta Know - Alanis Morissette ... Just been dumped? Haven't we all sweetheart. Bloody Men! This is the song for you.... I don't care what any woman says... we all know there is a time after you have been dumped... that you just feel crazyyyy!!!!! Embrace it by singing this song out loud! Then... forget about that jerk... you can do better anyway :) And listen to the next song on my play list :)
- Suddenly I see - Kt Tunstall ... This is one of my favorite songs! It is so empowering! It makes you feel like you are the most amazing woman in the world and you can do anything! A great song when you need a little ego boost or pick me up. It's also an amazing workout song! I believe when you listen to this song you in vision the person you want to be! The best you! And it empowers you to become that person...
- No Surprise- Theory of a Dead Man ... What can I say ... I love this song! Every time I listen to it , it cracks me up and gets me pulling out my old air guitar. Haha!
It's also awesome to sing along too!
- Labels or Love - Fergie ... Off the Sex and the City soundtrack... and that is the exact state of mind it put's you in to. I absolutely love Sex and the City! Every time I watch it, it makes me feel like a strong, empowered, independent woman! So I love this song because it makes me feel just as good , as I do after watching the movie!
- Bad Reputation - Joan Jett & The Black Hearts ... I think Joan Jett is friggin awesome! And I love how she thinks in this song! I think us women need to think like this more often. Who care's what everyone else thinks! Just be yourself! Everybody is different. Not one person in the world is the same and that is what makes us so amazing!
- Ironic- Alanis Morrissette ... Haha Awesome Song! And so True! Great when your just having one of those days! Seems to be Monday mornings that are most the ironic for me ...
- Supermassive Black Hole - Muse ... Love Twilight! So love this song! It makes you feel oh so sexy. Put this song on in the bedroom to heat things up a little ;)
- So Happy - Theory of a Dead Man ... Another great song by Theory of a Dead Man... I guess this song would be extra good if you've just dumped your boyfriends ass ... lol
- The Heart of the Matter - Indie Arie .... Another amazing song from the Sex and the City Soundtrack. It is a truly, soft, beautiful song that teaches you about acceptance and moving on. It's a peach :)
- Bad Day - Fuel ... Fuel is awesome! And this song show's there amazing talent! Just such an awesome song to listen to anytime. This will really get your emotions tingling !
- Become - The Goo Goo Dolls ... There are really no words for this song... It is truly amazing and may be one of my favorites of all time. It is incredible and after listening to it you will definitely see the beauty in everyone you meet :) As everybody is beautiful in there own way :)
- Breathe - Michelle Branch ... Just a nice easy, breezy song from Michelle Branch. She is one of my favorite singers. Her voice always makes you feel so relaxed and peppy all at the same time.
- A Change Is Gonna Come - Seal ... What can I say! It's Seal ! This song is very moving and the way he hits the notes ... well.... all i can say, is that it definitely gives you the shivers and your heart pumping. Yet his voice is so soothing and relaxing :)
- Cherry Bomb - The Runaways SoundTrack - Dakota Fanning and Kristen Stewart ... I love the Runaways but Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning really know how to jazz it up! Love it ! Amazing when having a few drinks with the girlies!
- Chop and Change - The Black Key's ... This is number one on my most played songs at the moment! This song really gets under my skin for some reason! And in a very good way. I feel it represents everything I love about music! A little bit rocky a little bit poppy and a little bit bluesy. Absolutely love it! What's not to love!
- Come Fly With Me - Michael Buble ... Amazing Classic ! Love Sinatra's version too! Buble certainly jazzes it up for ya though and makes it mildly seductive. When Sinatra's version is a little more p.c.. Still Sinatra love ya!
- Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm- Crash Test Dummies ... It's an oldie but it certainly always has me listening. Very well composed , great lyrics and very well sung!
- Daniel - Fuel ... My Fav version of this song! It's incredible! Gives me the goosebumps every time. It's very deep!
- Heavy In Your Arms - Florence + The Machine ... Another song from the Twilight Saga : Eclipse Sound Track. This song is very moving! It's dark, and a little strange but that is exactly what I like about it! It's an amazing song. Certainly a song you listen to by yourself on your ipod or while having some you time. This song will definitely get to you and in a good way!
- My Love - Sia ... I have told my Fiance this is going to be our Wedding song haha!
I absolutely rate it! The words are absolutely beautiful and so meaningful. It is also sung sooo beautifully. These songs are very hard to find. You really have to listen to this song by yourself to appreciate all it gives :)
- Follow Me - Uncle Cracker ... A bit of an oldie, but such a goodie! Unwind, lie back and relax while listening to the smooth voice of Uncle Cracker...
- Mercy - Duffy ... Still love this song! She's bluesy and jazzy and in such a classy way! What's not to love!
- Monsters - Hurricane Bells ... Another song from the Twilight Saga: New Moon Soundtrack. I really enjoy this song it's a little bit different, a little bit rocky and most of all fun and a little seductive!
- My Delirium - Lady Hawke ... An awesome song from New Zealand's own Lady Hawke! This girl has a great music style which is very pop/ alternative rocky ! It's very new and up incoming and she certainly owns it!
- Under my Skin - Gin Wigmore ... Another up incoming New Zealand artist.
This girl is amazing!!! She has a jazzy/bluesy Duffy like voice but her song's are a little more poppy! Awesome song dance too!
- So What I Lied - Sick Puppies ... A rocking Australian band who are really starting to come in to there own! Awesome song, Awesome band!
- Life on Earth - Band of Horses ... Another song from the Twilight Saga: Eclipse Sound Track. This is a truly smooth, easy listening and beautiful song. The music is just lovely in this song
- Done All Wrong - Black Rebel Motorcycle Club .... If you like your Bluesy/ Alternative rock like me, you will absolutely love this song! This is definitely one of my favorite songs at the moment! Awesome band!
- Rolling in On a Burning Tire - The Dead Weather ... Another very individual band with such an intriguing sound that just some how pulls you in. Very cool song!
- Sound of Silence - Emiliana Torrini ... She has such a beautiful soft voice and does an amazing version of this song! Absolutely beautiful so elegantly done!
- Sweet About Me - Gabriella Cilimi ... A young talented singer with an incredible individual voice. Such an awesome song!
- Rainy Days - Late Night Alumni ... Very easy, breezy song with gorgeous classical music and a sung in a very beautiful soft voice.
- Possibility - Lykke Li - Yet another song I love from the Twilight Saga: New Moon Sound Track. Very Beautifully sung! This song is great to listen to while lying in bed at night!
